Up By The Bootstraps fights injustice and inequality through a four step program, community and support group, resource center, training hub, and employment entry program that requires no government assistance, capital, or public monetary donation to operate.

These Up By The Bootstraps uniforms help participants have a more official interaction with potential employers, breaking down some of the most unfair barriers that the homeless face when looking for work.
We encourage volunteers to wear shirts as well to identify themselves to potential participants more easily. These functional products also work as an advertisement, spreading awareness to the public and helping to recruit the vital volunteers that make this movement possible.
